Dieppe — 37-year-old man charged following child luring investigation

A 37-year-old man from Shawinigan, Q.C. has been charged in connection with a child luring investigation in Dieppe, N.B. On December 21, 2023, members of the Codiac Regional RCMP received a report of child luring in Dieppe. Through the investigation, police were able to identify a suspect. On February 15, 2024, police executed a search warrant at a residence in Dieppe in connection with the investigation. During the search, police located and seized digital evidence, and a 37-year-old man was arrested at the scene.
