Saint-Irénée — 17-year-old girl dies following two-vehicle collision

A 17-year-old girl from Saint-Isidore, N.B., has died following a two-vehicle collision in Saint-Irénée, N.B. On March 15, 2024, at approximately 5:30 p.m., members of the Tracadie RCMP detachment responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Saulnier Road West and Alderwood Road in Saint-Irénée. The driver and sole occupant of the first vehicle was transported to hospital with minor injuries. The driver and sole occupant of the second vehicle was transported to hospital where she later died as a result of her injuries.
