An 18-year-old woman from Miscou, N.B., has died following a single-vehicle crash in Petite-Rivière-de-l'île. On July 12, 2024, at approximately 12:21 p.m., members of the Lamèque RCMP detachment responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash involving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) on Highway 313 in Petite-Rivière-de-l'île. The driver and sole occupant of the ATV died at the scene as a result of her injuries.
