Upper Rexton  — 58-year-old woman dies following two-vehicle collision

A 58-year-old woman from Saint Charles North, N.B., has died following a two-vehicle collision in Upper Rexton, N.B. On July 12, 2024, at approximately 6:35 p.m., members of the Richibucto RCMP detachment responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision between a car and a pickup truck on Highway 116 in Upper Rexton. The driver and sole occupant of the car died at the scene as a result of her injuries. The driver and sole occupant of the pickup truck sustained no injuries, but was transported to hospital as a preventative measure.
