A 51-year-old man from Tobique First Nation, has been charged in connection with a firearm investigation in Tobique First Nation, N.B.On October 22, 2024, the Western Valley Region RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on New Road, in Tobique First Nation. During the search, police seized a large quantity of firearms. While on scene, police arrested a 51-year-old man without incident. On October 23, 2024, Stephen Perley Sr. appeared in Woodstock Provincial Court and was charged with: -unsafe storage

Tomasz Isaac Dedam was last seen on October 9, 2024, at approximately 5 a.m., near Barlow Court in Esgenoôpetitj. He was reported missing to police the same day. Police have followed up on several leads to try and locate him, but have so far been unsuccessful. Police and his family are concerned for his wellbeing. Tags: new-brunswick
