A 40-year-old man from Hartland, N.B., and a 26-year-old man from St. Stephen, N.B., have been charged following a flight from police in Oak Bay, N.B. On December 10, 2024, at approximately 1:50 a.m., the St. Stephen RCMP attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation on Highway 1, near Oak Bay. As police approached, the driver of the vehicle performed a U-turn, and started driving into the oncoming traffic.
